أصول المتكاملة العقارية تحقق شهادات LEED العالمية في الطاقة والتصميم البيئي للمباني

احتفلت شركة أصول المتكاملة العقارية، الشركة المتخصصة في استثمار وإدارة الأصول العقارية بحصولها على ثلاث شهادات عالمية من “لييد” (LEED)، التي تعني “الريادة في الطاقة والتصميم البيئي”، والمعتمدة عالمياً لتصنيف وتقييم الاستدامة البيئية للمباني والمشاريع العقارية. ويعزز هذا الإنجاز من شركة أصول أجندة المملكة نحو الاستدامة والمباني الخضراء، ويساهم في تحقيق أهدافها لخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030.
وتم تطوير تصنيف “ليد” (LEED) من قبل المجلس الأمريكي للأبنية الخضراء، وهو أكثر أنظمة اعتماد المباني الخضراء استخداماً على مستوى العالم، ويوفر إطاراً متكاملاً لتصميم مبانٍ موفرة للطاقة، وفعّالة من حيث التكلفة، وصديقة للإنسان والبيئة.
وقد حصلت غرناطة بزنس على اعتماد لييد البلاتينية، فيما حصلت المدينة الرقمية وأبراج العليا على اعتماد لييد الذهبية. ويضع حصول غرناطة بزنس على الشهادة البلاتينية ضمن قائمة المباني الخضراء الأعلى أداءً على مستوى العالم، حيث تم الاعتراف بها لتميزها في الكفاءة العالية في استهلاك الطاقة والمياه، ودمج الأنظمة الذكية وتقليل النفايات، واستخدام المواد المستدامة، وتعزيز جودة البيئة الداخلية.
وتعليقاً على هذه التصنيفات، صرح المهندس زياد الحازمي، الرئيس التنفيذي المكلف والرئيس التنفيذي للإدارة الاستراتيجية في شركة أصول، قائلاً: “تلتزم شركة أصول التزاماً جوهرياً بمبادئ الاستدامة والمباني الخضراء، انسجاماً مع رؤية 2023 واستراتيجية المملكة في هذا المجال وخططها لخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية. إن حصول غرناطة بزنس على الاعتماد البلاتيني وحصول المدينة الرقمية وأبراج العليا على الاعتماد الذهبي تُجسد فلسفتنا بأن العقار لا يقتصر على تشييد المباني، بل يتمحور حول بناء مجتمعات أكثر ذكاءً ومرونة. هذه المحطات تُمثل دليلاً على عزم أصول على بناء إرث مستدام، وعلى ريادتها في تطوير حضري مسؤول داخل المملكة.”
وتأتي هذه الإنجازات استكمالاً لمسيرة أصول في عام 2025، حيث حصلت الشركة على شهادة ISO 14001 لإدارة البيئة وشهادة ISO 45001 للصحة والسلامة المهنية، بما يعكس التزامها بمعايير التميز الدولية. ومن خلال دمج مبادئ الحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية (ESG) وتطبيق أهداف أداء قابلة للقياس عبر محفظتها، تسهم أصول في التحول إلى الطاقة الخضراء في المملكة والمساهمة في تحقيق هدفها الطموح بخفض الانبعاثات ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030.
