باير وألفا فارما تعلنان عن شراكة إستراتيجية لتوطين تصنيع دواء «أسبرين للحمايه» في المملكة العربية السعودية

تحت رعاية هيئة المحتوى المحلي والمشتريات الحكومية ، أعلنت شركة باير، الرائدة عالميًا في مجالات علوم الحياة، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم إستراتيجية مع شركة ألفا فارما، وهي منشأة متقدمة لتصنيع الأدوية تقع في مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية (KAEC). وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى بدء التصنيع المحلي لدواء «أسبرين للحمايه» (Aspirin Protect)، العلامة الدوائية التاريخية التابعة لباير، والتي لعبت دورًا محوريًا لمدة تزيد على 127 عامًا في دعم مرضى القلب ومساندة الأطباء في مجال علاج أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة، التي تُعد علامة فارقة على طريق تحقيق الاكتفاء الدوائي وتعزيز مرونة المنظومة الصحية في المملكة. وتمثّل الاتفاقية التزامًا مباشرًا من باير بدعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 من خلال الشراكات المحلية والابتكار، وذلك عبر مواءمة الأولويات الوطنية وتحقيق أثر ملموس على صحة المجتمع. ومن المقرر أن يبدأ التشغيل الكامل للإنتاج المحلي في عام 2028.
ويُعد الإنتاج المحلي لدواء «أسبرين بروتكت» مساهمة مباشرة في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، أحد البرامج الرئيسة لرؤية 2030، وذلك من خلال تعزيز قدرة المملكة على تصنيع الأدوية الحيوية محليًا وفق أعلى معايير الجودة العالمية، وتقليل الاعتماد على الواردات. ومع استمرار ارتفاع معدلات الإصابة بأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، والتي تعد أحد أبرز أسباب العبء الصحي، يمثل ضمان توفر العلاجات المنقذة للحياة أولوية وطنية. ومن خلال هذه الشراكة، تعمل باير وألفا فارما على دعم الجهود الوطنية للحد من عبء المرض وتحسين النتائج الصحية وتعزيز جودة الحياة في المجتمع.
وإلى جانب فوائدها الصحية المباشرة للمجتمع، تُسهم هذه الخطوة في تعزيز مسيرة التنويع الاقتصادي والتحول الصناعي عبر إدماج خبرات دوائية متقدمة داخل منظومة الرعاية الصحية في المملكة. إذ تتيح شراكة باير مع ألفا فارما نقل المعرفة العالمية في التصنيع الدوائي والتقنيات الإنتاجية المتطورة إلى السوق السعودية، مما يعزز قدرات القطاع الدوائي المحلي ليتماشى مع المعايير الدولية.

The signing marks a pivotal moment in Saudi Arabia’s journey toward pharmaceutical self-sufficiency and public health resilience. The local production of Aspirin Protect is expected to be fully operational by 2028.
